Can not connect to internet on my A515-45-R74Z

My MediaTek MT7921 connects to my WiFi router but it can't connect to the internet for some reason. I can connect fine with my ethernet cable though. I have tried everything I can think of including removing it in Device Manager and even updating the driver. I think it's a Windows 11 issue and would like to do a clean install but the bio's won't allow me to change the boot order or even add a boot with USB option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For a clean install use the Win-11 .ISO file, decompress the file and then use the Win-11 setup within, its a simple process. That is a strange phenomenon that you have with the MediaTek as and if it connects to the router it should connect to the internet unless your router is not connected to the internet and that is where the problem is, consult your routers manual and see what is wrong with it.

Ok,I have the ISO file downloaded. Do I open this on my laptop and can reinstall from windows or create a usb start key which the bios will not allow me to boot to?

I have this laptop I'm trying to fix and my desktop connected to the internet. Laptop is on a ethernet cable into my router as I type. Having no wireless problems on my other tablets or an older Acer Aspire. Just this one. I'm quite able to fix anything and build my own equipment including a 14 tb server. But this problem has me stopped cold .
