Just recently bought a Acer Predator Helios Gaming Laptop 2023 with Windows 11; it has frozen up 4-5 times since June 10th which is when I bought it. The S/N: NHQH8AA001XXXX and the SNID: XXXX. Needing solutions if possible or do I need to return it and get a new one?

If you have not touched the BIOS, updated the system with Windows WAU (Check for Updates) or installed 3rd-party software and the freezing happens with nothing connected to the USB and video ports, you should return the laptop and demand a new one. If you have updated Windows11, uninstall those updates, if you made changes in BIOS, reset BIOS by pressing F9 and save on exit, If you installed rogue apps, AV programs like Avast, uninstall those and Office365 trial version, run DISM + SFC:
