New Nitro 5 not recognizing mic anything I can do to fix this?

Have brand new Nitro 5, check sound settings and it doesn't register the mic. anything I can do to fix this?

    You need to pair the Bluetooth headphones (which has a pic) first and then you should have this screen at System > Sound and then you can use the mic, the below is for my JBL LIVE650BTNC that its mic works 100%
