I have been experiencing startup problems with my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55, this problem start about 2 days ago when I was going to sleep and turned it off, I forgot to do one last thing before turning it off and went to it to turn it on, acer logo and the turning circle and boom, the screen goes black, I try to shutdown and turn on again but to my surprise, it does it again, I do it around 2 more times and a blue screen saying "startup recovery" pulls up and I decide to reset the whole system. I don't know if my computer is too old (it's a year and a half old) or it just reheated. I called my technician uncle to see if he could help and he did some stuff, we reinstalled windows, tried boot manager, but a few seconds after every try, it would do BSOD (blue screen of death) and restart the computer and pull up the startup recovery thing. I don't know if my hdd maybe died or it's a malware. Could anybody help?

Has your uncle done a hard reset, by taking the main battery out, bios battery and shortening the +&- pins and then taking the ram out? As you need to do that first to see if you can reset the IO and bios chips , if the laptop still has the problems then its within either the IO, bios or chipset that need to be inspected if the IO and chipsets are shortening out or the bios chip is corrupted and does not work and needs reprograming. Do the hard reset first and if you uncle has the proper tools like a Thermal Imaging heat gun and a microscope etc he can pinpoint where the hardware problems are, as it should be within those areas.
