Hello everyone,

I'm encountering a frustrating lagging issue while using Filmora and Photoshop on my Acer Extensa 15 laptop with an Intel Evo processor. I was hoping to get some insights or advice from this community to help me resolve this problem.

Here are the specifications of my laptop:

Model: Acer Extensa 15

Processor: Intel

256 SSD Window 11

Whenever I'm working on projects in Filmora or performing photo editing tasks in Photoshop, the applications often become sluggish and unresponsive. The lag makes it challenging to work efficiently and hampers my creativity. I made sure to update both Filmora and Photoshop to their latest versions, hoping that it would resolve any bugs or performance issues.

Adjusted application settings: I experimented with different settings within Filmora and Photoshop to reduce the strain on my laptop's resources. This included lowering the resolution of video projects in Filmora and adjusting the cache settings in Photoshop. Unfortunately, these changes did not make a significant difference.

Despite these efforts, the lagging issue continues to persist, affecting my productivity and overall user experience. I'm wondering if there are any additional steps I can take or settings I can modify to improve the performance of Filmora and Photoshop on my Acer Extensa 15.

If anyone has encountered similar issues with these applications on a laptop,I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions you can provide. Are there any specific optimizations or tweaks that could help alleviate the lagging problem?

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Regards
