Try these basic steps as you are using a All in one Acer PC.

    Turn off the computer.
Unplug all the devices and cables including power cable.
Press and hold the power button for 120 seconds.
Connect all the cables back.    Please connect the power cable as the last one.

    Turn on the computer
    Tap del
    Go to bios
press f9 - Load defaults - press yes
press f10 - save the changes - press yes

Computer should load the windows ..

first of all Check the power supply, check External display, check Graphics settings, Reset BIOS/UEFI setting, Try to Hardware reset, Check internal connections, Seek professional assistance.

We really need to know which C24 model you have, there have been a bunch of them over the years. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like C24-xxx-xxxx. Do you get any lights? Do you hear any sounds? if you try to allow it to boot can you see faint Windows stuff on the screen if you shine a flashlight on it from the side?
