Before I'll get straight to the problem, I bought this laptop at shop in the mall. The first time I received this product after opening it at the shop for trial, it was just fine but after the packaging and it ends up in my hand, the screen won't turn on because of faulty RAM (Yes, I have been scammed by the Chinese salespersons) and had to return it back to the store. That's the history of my laptop.

I have been having this auto-reboot madness for 2 years. I have done everything that I could think of and even refer to similar issues people are having globally. This thread is also a part of them (In fact, this thread may be the same problem I'm having):

I have heard this problem caused by the production of this model itself from an experienced PC service person once.

I haven't touch the hardware other than inserting an additional hard disk which is TeamGroup MP33 SSD 1 TB (PCIe Gen3 x4 with NVMe 1.3). The issue started even before installing this.

I've been experimenting with these "crashes" with games as I am a gamer for a while and I noticed that certain games have a "high chance" to cause this problem. Most 2D games like RPG Maker can cause them but the time it happens is still random. I can also cause the auto-reboot if I pause and play a video (website ex: Youtube) too many times at a short period. I have no idea where the problem lies here since I couldn't fix this even with restoring the OS system and installing the available drivers.

Note:

I haven't touch anything related to BIOS/Firmware. I rarely ran into blue screen error too.

If anyone who owns this model and managed to fix it, then I would be very grateful if you share the solution! ☺️

Let me know if I need to share some error reports or I missed something on my part.
