new laptop Nitro 5 AN517-55-57WA what the problem is. Is there any way I can find the problem.
I bought my laptop 2 months ago and now when I'm playing games or doing common tasks like watching a YouTube video it crashes a little. As if the image froze for 2 seconds and then returned to normal. I've tried everything and I can't figure out what the problem is. Is there any way I can find the source of the problem?
Model: Nitro 5 AN517-55-57WA

This is almost always due to a background scanner kicking in. Usually a 3rd party non-m i cro soft antivirus that comes bundled with the factory software. Probably n or to n or m c af ee. I remove these 3rd party scannners on my machine since Windows defender and malicious software removal tool are quite adequate and updated regularly.

i would suggest to update the graphic card drivers and disable unwanted startup apps from task manager and background services from system configuration utility page MSCONFIG.
