I'm trying to download something from the internet, but it is saying I need to change my app recommendation settings, I then went to youtube to look and the setting its telling me to change does not appear on my laptop.

Hi,

Could you please post the full model name of the laptop, like A5xx-xx, what settings are you looking for?

Take a picture of the error message and show it to us… You might be trying to download something that's not for Windows.
