Hi all, I've got an Acer Nitro 5 with the following specs and I'm experiencing a weird screen tear problem, video of problem occurring during Elden Ring below.

Acer Nitro 5 an-517-54-79L1 gaming laptop
Processor: 11th gen intel I7-11800H 2.3GHz / 16 CPUs
RAM: 16 gigs ddr4
Graphics card: nvidia GeForce 3050ti / 4GB VRAM
storage: solid state 1TB
Display: 1920x1080 144hz

It's as if the top of the screen is replicated on the bottom through some kind of screen tear?

Things to note:
- Reinstalled display drivers
- Issue happens only on certain games, ONLY when gaming, with virtually no commonality between them
- Does not occur on any external displays i plug in

Any ideas on what I can do about this? My warranty is expired so I can't go in for official support as far as I know.
