Preditor Helios 300 PH315-55-73EH - power cable plugged in but no power received

Hello I have a 2022 model of the Preditor Helios 300 that when I plug in the power cable it is not receiving charge and the LED light is not on nor does it make the beeping sound like it used to when you plug it in

what I have tried so far

I have tried various outlets - first testing with a different electrical item to be sure there is power and then try plugging in laptop - nothing has worked

I have done the battery reset (I think) there is no physical button apparently in the newer models and while my own manual does not say anything like this - someone has posted on a previous post to - turn laptop off - hold power button for 30 seconds - keep laptop off for 30 min - this too has no worked

I'm very wary about opening the laptop and taking battery out or purchasing another power lead - is there a driver that might need updating and I’m missing it?

As this is less than a year old it should be still under manufacture guarantee- how do I go about requesting a replacement charger?

Since your laptop is probably still under warranty you should not open up the back (required to do a complete battery-CMOS reset and Power Drain maneuver) but bring the laptop to Acer Services in your country for repairs. Include the power adapter.
