So i have just bought my laptop a week ago and i have enabled the battery charge limit. Everythings were looking fine until today when plugged the charger into the device the percentage went up to 100% eventhough i have the feature enabled? please can someone tell me if is it a big of a deal or not and how to solve this or is it just going to be normal after this? If you need more info you can ask me down below. Thank you for reading

Acer Care Center has some issues running in Windows11 (hangs), best to uninstall or disable ACC, you don't need it. Don't use any battery limiting apps/bloatware as that interferes with BIOS and Microsoft ACPI battery control protocol. Browse this forum for posts with this topic in the past 2 months. Keep the battery charged 100% and leave your power adapter plugged in 24/7, no issues. If you have not done this yet, perform a full charge cycle for BIOS and Windows to register the battery capacity, otherwise all Windows battery stats will be inaccurate: Charge till the amber LED turns blue, unplug the power adapter and work with your laptop till it shuts down on its own (enters hibernate mode). plug-in the adapter, don't turn on the laptop, and charge till the amber charge LED turns blue. That's it.
