My laptop suddenly black screen and I can't see anything at all from the start of power button. I tried to connect with external monitor via HDMI cable and still no result. I personal think it's due to display driver or LCD screen broken or maybe both. Please help me how to

Not your LCD screen but yes, the display driver or a power failure. First you need to be able to boot again, unplug the adapter and open the back of the laptop, disconnect the battery cable from the socket on the motherboard and locate the CMOS round capsule (size of a large coin), open the Cmos, take out the battery and shorten the +/- contacts inside the capsule with a bended paperclip for a second, put the coin battery back the way it was and close the capsule, press the power button for a minute to discharge any statics. Open the RAM slot(s) and remove then put back the DDR module(s), make sure the module(s) are seated properly (all the way pushed in the socket). Don't connect the battery but close the laptop back. Plug-in the adapter and try to boot, if that works, unplug the adapter, open the laptop again and connect the battery cable. Now try to boot with the battery only, then boot with adapter and battery.

To reinstall the display driver, if this is a Nvidia iGPU use DDU from Wagnardsoft.com in Safe Mode, if AMD uninstall with Device manager but don't reinstall, just reboot and let Windows do the installing.

Without knowing what laptop you have we are going to have a very hard time diagnosing it… If it's an Acer laptop your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx.
