Are you running games, streaming or programs with high power demands when this happens? CPU may be overheating and needs to be re-pasted to its heat sink. The thermal paste often dries out and loses its ability to conduct heat away from the CPU to the heatsink.

It just ramdomly. It restart doing with or without anything. Sometime, when I push the botton to turn on the PC. The PC light just blink, blink, blink. And one time the PC ran window repair. How can I check the is overheating? The fan didn't turn on. And how to get and replace the heat sink?

Case must be opened to access CPU heatsink. If you've never done this before, it might be better to take it to a local PC repair shop for an evaluation and repair estimate.
