Thankyou to those, in particular JackE & Billsey forcall of your assistance over the past year!! My new replacement that I received after it's 1st repair 2/3 weeks ago appears to be working well & in particular it's charging properly! I'm definitely crossing my fingers that it continues to charge well! So, I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation to you all who reached out to me, thanks, stay well, Susan
