PREDATOR PH 315-55 not charging after screen replacement

So apparently my acer PREDATOR PH 315-55 screen cracked due to some quick movement,you know how fragile the design of this model is.The laptop charged when a lower display with half screen was used but when the same spec screen was being used,the laptop didn't charge(sorry not good English),Will appreciate any help,

Could be because of the damaged happen on the laptop. The screen is cracked but do you see battery like symbol on the right bottom corner?

Well,my laptop is being repaired currently and I am not in possession of it,and yes I think the battery symbol does show regardless of the screen but charges when a smaller screen is used and doesn't when the actual screen is used,this is what my repairer has to say,my laptop is currently in an acer repair centre, I'll report back if there's any news,

But hopefully everything works out well,fingers crossed.
