I have a laptop which is stuck rebooting itself. I tried changing various BIOS settings but no luck. I also tried switching to legacy mode but it said no bootable device was found. Also whenever I unplug the power cable to my laptop during the boot loop it just shuts off . Can someone give me any tips to help?

Your BIOS does not support Legacy the MOBO has UEFI firmware compatible for Windows11. Yes, interrupting the power supply during POST will BSOD. Can you boot to BIOS with the F2 key, reset BIOS to factory default and save on exit, reboot.

If in the repair loop you need to boot with the Windows Recovery USB flash drive, if you don't have that make one on a Windows 11 PC. Insert a 10GB USB 2.0 Fat32 formatted flash drive in a USB 2.0 port and type Recovery Drive in the Search bar of Windows11. Will take 30 minutes to make one. Shut down the PC and test the recovery drive if it will boot. First boot to BIOS with F2 and go to the Boot page (tab) see where the USB drive is on the list with boot devices and move it to the top with the F5/F6 keys, save on exit and reboot, now you should get the blue screen of WindowsRE (on your USB drive). Click continue to Windows11 and after booting to Windows shut the PC down. Repeat this same procedure on the laptop. Make sure you use the USB 2.0 port. When you get the blue screen, go to Troubleshoot>Reset this PC without losing your files.
