Don't use Acer Care Center and disable the 80% battery charge limit in ACC as this interferes with BIOS and MS ACPI battery control protocol. Uninstall the 2 battery drivers with Device Manager and reboot:

Update your BIOS the latest version has battery charging modifications. If you haven't done this yet, you need to do 1 full charge cycle with a new battery in order for BIOS and Windows to register the capacity, otherwise the battery stats are inaccurate: Discharge the battery (unplug while working) till the laptop turns off (hibernates), plug-in the adapter and charge till the amber LED turns blue.

Hi @Nitin838 have you tried performing a battery calibration in case the full charge readings are incorrect?

How long does it take the charger to go from 0 to 100% charge?

    Thank you.
    All the best.
