Acer Aspire 7 G won't boot up my laptop it just got stuck on the Acer logo not even past BIOS boot.

Hello everyone im in a bit of problem, last night when i tried to boot up my laptop it just got stuck on the Acer logo not even past BIOS boot, I cannot open the BIOS I tried f2 f12 delete but nothing works it's just frozen, you have any idea what could have happened??

What is the exact Aspire 7 G model that you have it should be something like A715-xxG, a youy need to first try a Battery Reset, see below which is for the Aspire A715-75G which is a recent Aspire 7 model.

Of if the above doesn't work then you need to do a hard Reset which entails opening the back of the laptop, disconnecting the main battery and RTC/BIOS batteries and take the RAM out, leave these components out for 15min and then reconnecting them all, as this resets the IO chip and the BIOs chip and will reboot your laptop. If all this does not work you have a power issue that you need to take your laptop to Acer Support or an experienced technician in your area.

Thank you for your response, I just went to an technician and we found out that the former owner had duck taped the SSD card to the motherboard witch caused it to get damaged so we replaced it with a new SSD and it's working perfectly
