acer nitro 5 an515-43 gets no power no lights not any charging lights nothing.

I was using my acer nitro 5 one day and it just suddenly stopped working no clue why the battery is fine the psu is fine when I plug in I get no lights not any charging lights nothing the only thing I can hear is every second it makes an extremely quite click that you can only hear when pressing your ear against the computer please help

    How old is your laptop and when did you last changed the battery? Can you get/borrow another adapter with the same voltage out (DC) and plug that fits to try if your laptop will boot? What do you mean by "psu is fine" this is a laptop with an adapter correct? The fact you don't see the LED charging light when plugging-in the adapter indicates no psu.

    A dead cell in the battery can cause this too or a bad cable connection. If you cannot get an adapter, measure the voltage at the tip of the adapter plug with a Multimeter, insert a pin if the test probes are too thick.

    @puraw I have tested the connection on the power adapters and they work fine so it's not the cable that's what I meant by psu
