AN515-55-53E5 TPM and Secure Boot Status

My son's laptop just recently stopped playing the game Valorant because of a TPM error. The game states TPM needs to be enabled for the game to work.

This laptop is running Windows 11 so I assumed TPM was enabled. Apparently it isn't. When I go into the BIOS, there is no ability to turn TPM on or off. There are no options.

I have upgraded to the latest version of the BIOS 2.06 and the problem persists.

Before I go out and buy a new laptop, can anyone confirm that this model laptop CAN NOT run with TPM? I'd hate to spend $1,000 on a new PC if this is something that is going to be fixed in the next BIOS update.

Press the Window key+R and type: tpm.msc

You need to create a password in setsupervisorpassword to disable or enable tpm.

It shows as no TPM Module installed.

I set both passwords. Nothing is shown for TPM. It's the same problem the person had before in this thread.

You need to turn it on in the BIOS settings. If the option is not in your BIOS check your version and if there is a new BIOS version for your model on the Acer Support site, download and install that (there a readme.txt file in one of the folders).

Try resetting the battery: disable fast startup in power options, turn off the computer, unplug the power adapter, press the power button for thirty seconds and leave the computer off for half an hour.
