My nitro laptop is only one year used. Few days ago, i saw my cpu useage in game showing 0-5% and massive fps drop to 10 even while plugged in.

Then, i shut down the laptop. After that, when i tried to turn it on, it doesnot do anything.

No charging light comes on when plugged in, looks dead.

I took it to expert, and they are saying either my gpu or cpu got shorted.

Try this, unplug, take the back off, disconnect the battery cable and press the Power Button for a full 2 minutes (don't toggle). Open the DDR4 RAM slots and reseat the module(s), push the bracket back to lock the DDR4 modules till you hear a loud click. Also open the CMOS coin battery enclosure at the lower right side of the main battery, take the coin out and put it back in the same position, close the CMOS housing. Don't connect the battery but close the back of the laptop (no need to screw) and plug in the power adapter. Try to boot. If no results the laptop is bricked and needs to be checked by Acer Services in your country, maybe just a matter of a lose cable or bad SSD.
