How do you mean? its not possible to change the CPU without changing the whole motherboard. The cooler shouldnt need chnaging at all really, just re-pasting after 3 or 4 years

Which model Predator Triton 300SE or which year model do you have? As no laptops CPU or GPU can be changed, you can only change the motherboard with an upgraded spec of the same Triton 300SE model/year that you have, also the Triton 300SE 12Gen didn't come with an i5-12600K CPU, the i5-12600K CPU is a Desktop CPU not a Laptop CPU. The Triton 12th Gen laptops are only available in i7-12700H or the higher spec i9-12900HCPUs.

Have a look here at the 12th Gen PREDATOR TRITON 300 SE range from Acer, but be aware, that the 13th Gen RTX40XX Triton range is coming out soon, which will be far better laptop, so I would wait. If your Triton 300SE is overheating then its profitably because its fans are dirty and its CPU/GPU paste needs changing and its VCore pads needs changing also or your fans also need changing.
