Why was I banned? Nitro 5 having fan issues

I tried to login to my old account which I haven't used in a while and as soon as i logged in I saw "PERMISSION PROBLEM, you are banned" .no explanation, just banned. Reason for logging in was to that I was gonna post a question related to hardware but to my suprise…-_-. I had to create another account and it was difficult to even create a username until I had to turn on a VPN. Last question I posted on my banned account was related to my Nitro 5 having fan issues and I was answered .i have never posted anything bad or make inappropriate comment that can lead me to being banned. Was I banned because i was inactive for a long time? .

I created an account under RolandDeschain to post a reply with a link to the Microsoft forum fix, for a Predator owner experiencing the same Webcam disables audio problem I had.

I tried to log back in to check if there were any replies and a big page comes up saying something about permission denied and BANNED.
