How can I fix the thin lines going across the monitor. Please see the screenshot.

There is no black lines on the caption from your Z35 monitor, show us where??? The image looks perfect to me.

Yes, is that a screen capture or a picture of the screen taken with your cell phone? The first will show what is supposed to be displayed, the second will show what is actually being displayed.
