Acer nitro 5 an515-57 heat up How do I fix this?

So i got a nitro 5 an515-57 and its cpu started heting up to 92 celsius (gpu 70+) while gaming even if fans are on max (idle cpu is 50-60, gpu 40-50), got this laptop 3months ago fans are clean from dirt, bios version 1.9. How do i fix this?

    The Nitro 5 gets very hot under heavy load; therefore, a powerful cooling pad is often used (available at Amazon with up to 5 fans).

    92-95°C is still acceptable, you can monitor the temperatures with a utility like HWmonitor or something similar. The CPU in your model can withstand temperatures up to 100°C.

    You can also try reducing the CPU Maximum Processor State by >1% in Advanced Power options (see picture left) and check the temperature difference.

    A thread on this forum about the Nitro5 an515-57 with heating issues is suggesting replacing the (liquid filled) cooling ducts as a possible remedy (see link below).

    If you can, avoid Ultra High Performance or High Performance Power Plan, try the Balanced power plan instead.
