Predator PT516-51s not find his monitor
hello, I had some problems with the built-in monitor of my Predator PT516-51s. The monitor went black and the computer stayed on. Connecting a second monitor, the second monitor worked fine. After a few days of testing and resetting/updating video card drivers, I decided to reinstall windows 11 from scratch.
Now I find myself with the black laptop screen, and in the device management, in the monitors section I find only the external monitor connected with the thunderbolt. If I show the hidden devices I find the "integrated monitor" with the words "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)". Does anyone know if the problem is software or hardware? Thanks

It would be the last option, do you currently have a warranty? but can you first put a screenshot of the device manager on the graphics card and the monitor both displayed?
Thank you.

sorry for the delay in replying. I turned on the computer after two days and it works.
the monitor is back in the device manager.
any idea what it could be? Some half broken connectors?

These are the mysteries of computing :-)
Possibly some specific power problem on the card itself, observe it in the next few days, in any case I'm glad that it's resolved at this time, thanks for sharing it.All the best.
