CPU INFO: Ryzen 5 5500U

I was working when it suddenly get my device into a desk repair and then "NO BOOTABLE DEVICE". I tried searching on the internet on what to do and it's not effective on my end.

*SSD is not detected.

*Cannot do some changes under "boot" menu tab in BIOS, the settings are grayed out. Same goes to "security" menu tab. "Information" tab is also grayed out.

Let me know what to do, to fix this problem. Thank you!

If the BIOS settings are greyed-out and Ctrl+S (Sierra) is also not working your BIOS is corrupted and needs to be reset by disconnecting the small CMOS battery:

Open the laptop and take out the CMOS (coin) battery, wait a while and put the battery back in the same position (read this article about the CMOS procedure).

If BIOS is still greyed out, try to type in a password (and write down that password), if you cannot even type a password, it is time to send/bring your laptop to Acer Services in your country to reprogram the EEPROM. A small service fee will be charged ($25), you should also ask to reload your system to factory defaults. (W10, 22H2).

Typically when you get that error message it's not a BIOS issue, but rather a failed drive. Your machine is new enough that it's not usual for a drive to have failed already, but it does happen. Show us pictures of the Information, Main and Advanced tabs in your BIOS. We can step you through the process of diagnosing things from there.
