What Aspire 5 model laptop do you have? As for a lost admistrative rights you don't need to reinstall Win-11 or reset it. Have a look at this guide "Lost Administrator Rights in Windows 10/11? Recover the Account via Windows RE" as you don't need to reinstall windows.

If you want to reset Win-11 then go to Settings > Recovery > Reset this PC > Reset PC > then you have these two choices:

To reinstall Win-11 have a look at the many guides on the web for a Win-11 Clean Install, as that is the proper installation to do, and to also completely format the boot drive with the Win-11 installation, but and with the Aspire 5 new laptops you also need to have the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) Driver on the Win-11 installation USB, so that you can delete the boot drive and then install this driver and then format the boot drive for a complete and Clean Installation of Win-11 which is the proper way to install Win-11.

Try this:

Open the Command prompt as administrator in Windows11 and paste this:

net user Administrator /active:yes

If the command fails, open Windows11 new PowerShell as administrator and paste this:

Enable-LocalUser -Name "Administrator"

Return and check if you can access your app.

Restoring the registry to an earlier point (before this issue, or last update): Type Create a restore point in the Search bar and click on the option System restore at the top of that Window, followed by a date.
