Acer account -changing details I cannot update my account details.

This issue has nothing to do with products, but there is not an Acer website/account category.

I am trying to change my e-mail address and other details for my Acer account. When I click "send verification code", it allows only 5 minutes to feed in the code, while it takes half an hour for the codes to get through. So I just cannot update my account details.

    That is the path I took to land up here on this support forum. As I said, on the support page there is not a topic related to Acer website account functionality. Clearly I had logged in, otherwise it would not have been possible to attempt tp update my data. The problem arises after clicking save, and I am required to insert the verification code. It is an impossible situation. The screenshot shows how late the codes arrived, between 30 and 60 minutes too late.

    I understand.
    I think the verification code is sent to the new account, it is possible that the problem is not with Acer and with the provider of the new account.

    The screenshot, that was edited, showed that the e-mails containng the codes were sent to the new address. The problem is not where they are going, but that they take TOO LONG. When verifying the e-mail address, the ACER website requires that verification code is submitted within five minutes, but they are arriving 20-45 minutes late. I clicked resend code 6 times, and every time the codes came through too late, and not in the required five minutes. So, I cannot verify the new address, and therefore cannot get my address changed.

    I checked with my service provider, and they said:

    "This 450 4.7.1 error is a result, when SENDING email server does not re-send the message as standards require. "Try again later" means, that the protection system has found something suspicious in the sending server and to verify it's validity, has asked to re-send the same message in time limit standardized. The re-sending has to be done with the same IP address, so the sender has wrongly configured their sending servers in this case. They are trying to re-send from a different server (see the change in IP addresses), so the email does not get past the standard until the right server re-sends the email.

    This is an email standard that has to be respected according to the RFC, so we are not at fault here."

    But how do I get this information to the website architects, and verification process designers?
