Looking at the Swift Go 14" model with the i7-1355u CPU. The webpage shows two models with different p/n's but one says "Xe Graphics" and the other says "Xe Graphics Eligible". Both machines have identical specs for RAM (16GB). Both machines show the same price.

The Intel webpage (and some other forums) mention something about dual-channel RAM being required in order for the "real" Xe Graphics to work, otherwise the Xe Graphics becomes only UHD graphics if single-channel RAM is installed.

So, is Acer telling us that one of the models (at the same price!) is using single-channel RAM (16GB) while the other is using dual-channel (16GB)? I've attached a screenshot of the comparison page. Here's the link to the webpage with both machines: https://www.acer.com/us-en/laptops/swift/swift-go

Also see another Swift Go (this one with the 1355U), part number NX.KF6AA.001

Amazon has it (as well as in the Acer store) and it, too, shows "Xe Graphics" (not the "eligible") so might this one have dualk-channel RAM?

It would be so helpful if Acer would specify this (one way or the other) as -having- dual-channel RAM is a great selling point.

According to the service manual, the motherboard is populated with either four 2GB chip or four 4GB chips, for 8GB or 16GB total memory. I don't see how either of those wouldn't be dual channel. The differences between motherboards are CPU, memory size, and WHD, OLED or touch screen. I believe the 'T' models all have the touch screen. Here are the i7 versions:

If you scroll down in that compare screen you will see several differences between the two.
