The problem with the Ryzen 5 3550h and the GTX1650 combo cpu/gpu is that the gpu can't handle high end gaming and its always struggling, hence and why the cpu has to compensate, as while the gpu is flat out at 100% the cpu is at 85% and has to compensate and take over. Go to the NVidia Control Panel > Program Settings and set games to the GTX-1650 while other software to the Integrated Graphics of the Ryzen 5 3550H which is theVega 8, so that your laptop does not use the cpu and its integrated gpu to compensate for graphics that the GTX1650 can’t handle. High end games like Battlefield V at 1920 × 1080 (FHD (1080p)) resolution stretches the GTX1650 to 100% while the cpu is at 85%. Go to PCBuilds site and do the Bottleneck and FPS benchmarking tests of your laptop and see what settings they recommend for you to change for the best performance of your laptop.

Are you in Dual Channel Mode 2x16GB or single with just a 1x 32GB module? Reducing your graphics to low will help and try in Windows Graphics to disable Hardware Acceleration (may give low fps).
