I can not type @ with shift+2 keys Keyboard problem

I can not type @ with shift+2 keys, instead it shows

    Hi @Femi1 please check what type of language and regional settings the keyboard is set to.
    First of all, try the virtual keyboard and check if it works correctly with that combination, run for it:

    Is the 2 key (without shift) working properly and Shift+3 will return the # sign?

    Run the Keyboard trouble shooter.
