Question about AN515-55 usb-c ability for video output

Hi all,

I have purchased several dongles that allow me to plug into my USB-c to add my secondary monitor. I have a similar setup at work (with a USB-c output) and have no issues. Since this is a gaming laptop, I fully expected that this should work. I am now having conversations with the manufacturer of a dongle (as this is my second dongle purchase), and they will not issue a refund or credit as now the question is whether my gaming laptop can even support this.

I am not going to lie; this would be very disappointing since I paid over $1k for the laptop :( Hoping for some feedback.

What dongles have you purchased, as for an image output you need a HDMI cable plug hub, as USB-C 3.2 plug hub will not work to output an image! The AN515-55s USB-C 3.2 is NOT an Image output port on the right/left sides of this laptop, You can use this laptops HDMI port and connect a multi-port HDMI Hub and plug the cable directly into the AN515055s HDMI side port. and connect multiple external monitors. For image output you need a Thunderbolt port that outputs HDMI 2.1/DP1.4 image signals, which the AN515-55 does not have, only the Nitro AN515-58 upwards models have a Thunderbolt side port and the the upper spec Predator laptops have Thunderbolt post.
