"My Acer Nitro 5 AN15-55 model computer is not detecting the graphics card. My Nvidia GTX 1650 Ti graphics card is not appearing under display adapters in device manager, and there is a warning sign on Intel(R) PCIe controller x16-1901. This issue occurred after I reset Windows yesterday. These are the solutions I have tried: 1) Updated and reinstalled the drivers to the latest version 2) Clean installed Windows 11 E 3) Tried using DDU 4) Updated my chipset drivers. I have tried multiple solutions that I cannot remember, but the situation remains the same. How can I fix this problem?"

Check the Hidden Devices in Device Manager if there are perhaps other Display Drivers (greyed out) uninstall all display drivers in Device Manager, also uninstall all Unknown devices with the yellow exclamation marks. Also uninstall that Intel(R) PCIe controller x16-1901 with the problem mark, probably your SSD driver but may be related to the GPU driver issue (did you install a new SSD?).

You wrote that you used DDU but did you run DDU in Safe Mode? Run DDU again in Safe Mode and uninstall NVIDIA drivers again if it does not find any click at the bottom of DDU menu on the option to remove Old Drivers. Delete all old drivers. Reboot (don't install any drivers) and Windows10 should reinstall the NIVIDIA display driver. Check Device Manager.

Sometimes it takes a few days for Windows10 to find and install a driver automatically, be patient make sure you are online and Internet is working and try booting next day again, check for updates.
