Yesterday the owner of a new Swift had a broken hinge on one side, bought it from Amazon who claimed Acer will charge $250 for replacement of the hinge assembly and the front bezel. So I would say the same for your laptop; $250.

    replacement parts are cheap:

    Front bezel $20.
    Hinge set $20.
LCD top back cover case $32.

Could not find a back cover on the web but should not be more than $30, (only the mechanical parts are considered).

Labor is estimated at $150, you cannot do this yourself. Depending on how old your laptop is I suggest let Acer repair it. It won't affect the performance unless a hinge support was ripped from the motherboard and broke an IC.

If you don't want to invest $250 for an old laptop you can try to patch it together with HD 2 component epoxy cement and Super glue gel. I did that a couple of months back when my hinge came loose (Aspire5, 2019) but you won't be able to close the lid anymore (no travel)😐️
