Hello. I do not know if something is wrong with my laptop or with the bios or with the nitro sense program. When I do a test in cinebench r23, I set nitro sense to performance and windows settings to the highest performance, it shows me 100 ° CPU temperature all the time, which means that it cannot enter the highest speed. Added photos below. Laptop an515-58 i7 12700h rtx 3070ti

Your model notoriously gets hot and the i7 can also runs very hot in laptops. Temperatures above 98°C are bad.

Turn off Turbo Boost for the CPU since it really cranks up those temps. Limiting the clock speed or/and undervolting would be a solution but your CPU is locked according to Intel: "The i7-12700h is also a locked processor and is not supported by XTU.  The laptop will get too hot due a poor design and cooling system. Undervolting has now been blocked due to security concerns.

I advise you to get a really good laptop cooling pad with a large rotary fan and don't use Best Performance but Balanced Power Plan. Check with Task manager what apps are running at the background that use a lot of resources (AV and monitoring apps) disable those but not Windows Defender.

I recommend not to stretch heavy games to the maximum limit, stop when your laptop gets too hot and take a break.
