how do i disable the f1 key on my aspire 5?

alot of times i accidentally press f1 and the screen shuts down. it is very annoying and i wish to disable it or bind it to something else
how can i do this?

    Hello! First inform the exact model. Example A315-55-5890. Second, check if in the bios there is a function called FUNCTIONKEYBEHAVIOR.

    You can remap any key in Windows to have a new function. Experienced users do it with a PowerShell command (registry) but there are apps on the market that do it the easy way, read this:
