Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 keyboard is not working after update to windows 11

My computer keyboard is not working. I have done what is written in many forms, but it did not work. This problem arose after I connected a bluetooth keyboard to my computer. How can I solve the problem?

That is very strange, as installing a BT keyboard should not be doing that. Disconnect the BT keyboard and uninstall the keyboard from Device manager completely and refresh DM without the BT keyboard, as that should reengage the laptops keyboard, otherwise there is something wrong with your laptops keyboard that could be a cable issue or the actual keyboard is faulty or both are faulty. For the hardware issues like the cable you need to open the laptop and inspect the keyboard cable that connects to the motherboard if its not shorted or has come lose, so disconnect the cable and reconnect the cable and see if the laptops keyboard works.

Hi @rasul014 you mention in the title that it didn't work after upgrading to Windows 11, did the keyboard stop working at that moment or was it working correctly before installing the Bluettoth keyboard?

When I had the BT keyboard, did it work fine? what model is it?

What exactly happens to the computer keyboard? no keys work or if some of them work...?
