Yes that sounds like a battery with 1 dead cell, draining in two hours with idle-normal use means less than 50% of the Design Charge Capacity that you may get after 3 years. The new battery is 3-cell, 50 Wh (100% charged) and is good for 6-8 hours (not gaming or video/music) according to web reviews. Reality is <6 hours normal use (browsing the internet, etc.)

NIVIDIA RTX 3050 card uses 7 (idle) to 115 watt (gaming) so never play games on battery only and don't drain the battery below 5% as that will damage cells. My estimate is that you have maximum 12 month left with that battery so look for a good replacement meanwhile. To confirm the status and keep track of the wear as that may deteriorate rapidly if another cell dies. Paste the following command in the Command Prompt

    powercfg /batteryreport /output %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\battery_report.html

Double click on the report on your Desktop and check the 100% (full) Charge Capacity, if that is indeed 25 Wh you have a dead cell in the battery. In the unlikely case that it shows 40-50 Wh Fully Charged (100%) the Windows Battery Meter is off and you need to delete the MS ACPI compliant battery conroller (see red circle below) then reboot and Windows will install a new driver.
