Hi @shxv as I see, the highest memory consumption is from the Google AMD and Discord software, when you turn on the computer for the first time, does it have these consumptions?

To verify that it is not a virus or malware, download and run the following Microsoft security scanner, it will not install, it will only run, please tell me the results:

    Thank you.

@Alejandro_AC these softwares did take this amount of memory for as long as i can remember but it never had my computer heating so much..
besides they're all taking up less that 1gb of memory which ig is fractional in front of total ram available.. im pretty sure its some virus as recently i switched off windows defender from my computer completely using registory editor and windows security disable tool i found online to download some softwares and boost fps while gaming as windows defender did take a lot of computers memory which led to continuos fps drops.. do u think i should factory reset my computer and the let the aplications and files get deleted.. then download the safer ones all over again and avoid piracy of games..

    any suggestions.

ALSO I WILL DOWNLOAD THAT MICROSOFT SAFETY SCANNER TOOL RN AND CHECK
    TY FOR REPLY

    hi @Alejandro_AC
i just finished the short virus scan..
it did find 3 suspected files and deleted it but i dont see any visible changes.
my cpu is still at 85 degrees celcius even tho i only used chrome..
im gonna restart my pc and start the long safety scan and update

    thanks

Perform a full scan, this may take a few hours.

If it was infected, it may be the reason and there may be more.

Were they viruses, malware or trojans?

@Alejandro_AC it was both malware and trojans lmao

Do a full test, anyway, after a trojan infection, the system is compromised, in my humble personal opinion, I would save the important personal files to an external media and install Windows from scratch with the recovery option erase everything.
The recovery partition, which I hope I still have, is safe from infection.

    Thank you.

It removes system and internet temps and defrags the drive and checks the temperatures again.
Anyway, as I said before, the system is compromised by Trojans even though they are removed.

    All the best.

    @Alejandro_AC
so basically i have to factory reset my windows and save my important files on an external drive??

That's my personal opinion regarding security, but I can't assure you that it will fix the temperature problem, wait a few days and run the Microsoft security utility again to make sure it's completely clean.

After cleaning, did the temperature drop under the same conditions as when it rose previously?

    All the best.
