300 P03-640 CPU Fan nearly stopped at all times is it broken from start?

I just bought a Orion 300 P03-640

Now i have noticed me temperatures are way too high. I then look at the CPU fan and it is so slow it is nearly stopped.

If i want to use a custom RPM through Predator sense i throttles up and down all the time. This is a brand new machine.

Should i just return it and buy another brand or is this somehow fixable?

yeah, np it all depends on where ya got it from, and how long you have had it, but gl and let me know what happens, if ya cant return it we can work on options for ya, and for the fans ya have to put them in gaming mode in predator sense to get maximum cooling.

Update:

While gaming the CPU fan doesnt increase RPM either.

my advice is return it and get a 5000 series if you can afford it, some versions of the 5000, like the one i bought PO5-640-UB11 are cheaper than the 3000 series, and it makes no sense at all, not one version of the 3000 series compares to the cheapest 5000 series like i have, it has better cooling and more options to expand and upgrade compared to the 3000 series, look here at my upgrades and they didnt cost much.

Ill hope i can return the computer then. I believe playing on it would break it over time overheating.

Fingers crossed i can return this BS desktop.
