Acer Nitro 5 stuck on acer loading screen tried everything from safe mode start to factory reset

My acer Nitro 5 is stuck on the acer logo screen ( the one that comes before the Windows loading screen). I am unable to do anything.

If I press f2 when login in, I am able to load insydeh20 setup utility (BIOS Menu) and then go to the f12 menu.

I tried to factory reset the laptop from the troubleshoot menu but didn't work, the laptop got stuck on installing the first time. And when I try it now it doesn't let me do that, it says "there was a problem while resetting you PC". The loading error started after my laptop suddenly went black when I was using it (writing an essay). Then I had to restart it using the power button. This allowed me to log in again, but the black screen appeared again, so I restarted again. However, this time, the screen started to freeze during the acer loading bit. I tried alt + f10, but it frozen there too (I have noticed that the secreen freezes after 30 seconds). The only thing that I can do is launch the BIOS menu immediately after switching on(f2), and then get to the troubleshoot menu from there. But when I try to do anything that involves loading the laptop it freezes (e.g. restart using safe mode, use another operating system, use automatic repair, factory reset ). All help is much appreciated.

Still able to get to BIOS is a good thing, you can now reset BIOS to factory setting and I would do that first.

Windows failed to RESET happens, see if you can restart in Safe Mode after you get the Acer Logo; by holding the Shift key down while clicking on Shutdown in Start. Alt + F10 after pressing the Power button is another way to get the Blue Screen menus (WindowsRE), you will find the Restart option there and after clicking Next F4-4 for Safe Mode and F5-5 Safe Mode with networking. In safe mode go to Device manager and uninstall all your graphic display drivers, Windows will reinstall them after booting.

If none of this is getting you anywhere try to do the Reset this PC in Safe Mode, type the following command in the Command Prompt (in Safe Mode): systemreset --factoryreset

OK then the only option left (other than bringing your laptop to Acer Service to reinstall everything) is the Recovery USB flash drive that has WindowsRE loaded with options to Restore the system, Reset an start in Safe Mode. Since you did not yet mention a Recovery USB drive I assume you never made one: No problem find someone that has the same Windows version and borrow the Recovery USB stick or ask to make one for you (30 minutes), this requires a 10+ GB USB 2.0 flash drive, Fat32 formated. To do this type Recovery drive in the Windows Search bar.
