Hello Community, I have been using the following machine( https://www.flipkart.com/acer-aspire-7-ryzen-5-quad-core-3550h-8-gb-512-gb-ssd-windows-10-home-4-graphics-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1650-60-hz-a715-41g-r6s8-gaming-laptop/p/itm56e58b0c59ea3?pid=COMFUUJGMZCNJDZH&lid=LSTCOMFUUJGMZCNJDZHEDQENU ) since 22 Oct 2020.
Then recently I upgraded my ram(1/4/2023 on this day) from 8GB to 16 GB by adding an 8GB Ram stick with a similar one which my laptop contains already.
Note:- Before upgrading my ram there is no any single issue with my laptop a 0(Zero) issue.

So after this for 1 week, I was facing a lot of heating issues so because of that y laptop gets suddenly off(shut down) without any notification prompt then after that I visited an Acer authorized center and done with the basic servicing as per Acer care say's they said the issue is solved but again after using this same issue is present.

Could anyone help me what can I do next?

The basic use like one browser with 10 tabs and 1 WhatsApp application the temp is like this with average room temp.

What ram specs did you upgrade the additional 8GB DDR4 ram with, as having two different timing and CL ram will stress your laptop and make it overheat. Install CPUz and look in this software’s Memory and SPD sections for the Acer oem fitted 8GB DDr ram specs, like the manufacturer and its part number and try to buy a new and exact ram in 8GB or if you can’t get the same manufacturer then get the same exact specs (see the CPUz Memory section for that),

You need to have the same DDR4 ram in both ram DIMM slots for your laptop to perform at the highest speed and in Dual Channel, otherwise and if you put a slower speed ram in one slot and a higher speed ram in another slot the laptop ram will always run at the rams slower speed.

These are the ram modules that Acer recommends for your Aspire A715-41G at a max total of 32GB into its 2x slots (2x16GB DDR4-2666MHz):

Also look at this table as this is the speeds that your CPU fans should be running at:

First of all, thank you so much for your swift prompt,

Here are my previous Ram details(Which I got from the company itself or inbuild ram)

I think the default ram is in slot 2

and another one which I upgraded

Now what can I do next, Like I don't think I can get the same Ram as slot two ✌ If I get the same Ram then I will try to buy that one and upgrade it.

Otherwise, it is ok to go with slot one Ram.

but then again think if it has low Mhz.

Or if you have any suggestions please let me know, if possible also include a Ram buying link according to my laptop so I can buy them(Try to include Indian commerce links)

OK, it looks like you put slower (2400 instead of 2666) memory in, which will drop all memory to the slower speed. That alone shouldn't affect the temperature for your CPU though. When you had the system apart to install the memory perhaps you accidentally disconnected the fan? Can you hear the fan running? As show above, at 90C your CPU fan should be running at full speed, 4400 RPM, and that should be fairly loud.
