What thermal paste and thermal pads should i use for Predator Triton 500 SE ( PT516-51S-72K7)

Hello,

I have Predator Triton 500 SE ( PT516-51S-72K7) and thinking of changing the thermal paste and thermal pads for the first time for this laptop. I game about every day which leaves the laptop under high load and Temps are getting 95c-100c which gives me the indication that the stock thermal solution has lasted its life and time for a change. (11-month usage)

Im considering the Honeywell PTM 7950 for CPU and GPU. For VRAM area and other ICs, I am now sure which thermal pad & it's dimensions (0.5 mm , 1.0mm, etc. ) should I use.

Can anyone tell me which thermal pads & thicknesses should I use and some opinions?

I do know about Thermal Grizzly etc. for CPU & GPU but chose Honeywell as its result is close to Liquid Metal and last longer than any paste.

Please go to a nearby gaming store, check the best thermal pad and thermal paste. Getting good feebacks about Honeywell,

What thickness should we use for the thermal pad?

They come in a variety 0.5mm 1.0mm 1.5mm etc..

Thanks again but this is all general information that is usually known mostly who is researching on this.

My reason for posting here was that maybe someone already knows the thickness spec. etc. or already tried specifically to my model motherboard.

Anyways for reference, I am attaching a couple of snapshots of my motherboard and heatsink with stock paste and pad.

What thickness do these stock pads have in the picture? The same thickness was on all pads.
