predator po5-640 Lighting when turning on pc

Hi all,

Had a quick question about the predator po5-640, when I first got it and turned the power on the lights on the fans and mb would come on straight away, they now only come on after a few mins or when I open predator sense, has anyone else had this issue and fixed it?

I emailed Acer and their support said to check the latest windows update is installed which it is and check for any corrupted files via CMD and there are none.

check all your connections and make sure nothing is loose first of all it happens, then yeah, make sure everything is updated, someone here will have an answer, the guys and gals here that are upper level ace are very good, and if all else fails, call the regular tech support and ask to speak to an upper level 2 agent.

I don't see any lighting options in the BIOS, so the default behavior has to be in the software. I gather you aren't letting PS just start up by default? I know on mine if the machine comes up from cold it turns the lights on, and only switches to the mode I have selected in PS when I log in.
