Aspire A315-23 Why won't my battery charge

I've had my Aspire A315-23 for less than a year now and this is the first time it's hit 0%. Now when I plug it in the charge light shows up for about a minute then turns off and it goes undetected in Windows.

Be warned, that if your laptop is under warranty, don't open or do anything to your laptop and immediately send it to Acer Support asap, doing anything internally to your Aspire A315-23 will void your warranty, let the Acer technicians fix this problem as they could be many and a user like you can't fix.

Default settings in Windows Power plan should have stopped the battery from draining to zero; normally the laptop either shuts down or hibernates at 10% charge. One or more cells are probably damaged so you need to replace your battery. As suggested above let Acer Services do this for you under warranty.

I've got it in the default Acer power plan and it hibernates 5%. o I don't know why it hit 0% and it was fine the day before.
