ASPIRE V17 Nitro Black Number Pad Not working

To sign in the number pad appears to work properly because I can add my PIN. Once it's booted up, the key pad will not work.

It started about a week ago.

Any thoughts?

Check the NumLock key on the keypad top right, if that key is open you won't get numbers, to close it just toggle the key.

You will see num lock key either on f11 or f12 on the top row of keyboard.

    Try fn + f11 or fn + f12

It will turn on and off the num lock key.

If it is still not working.

While turning on the computer, tap f2. It will go to bios. Press f9 once. It will show load bios defaults with a yes or no popup. Press enter. Popup screen will disappear.  Press f10 once. It will show save changes popup with yes or no. Press enter. Computer will restart and it will load into windows.    Now check the num lock whether it is on or off

If it is still not working uninstall the Acer Quick access
