    Those temps are normal if it only reaches 95c monetarily and then comes down after you play the games, also set your Nitro Sense to CoolBoost and like below:

    And also make sure that you have done the following software updates. as the Nitro laptops need all their drivers and windows updates up to date, their Nvidia graphics drivers are up to date, also installing GeForce Experience software and run games through this specialist Nvidia software, as its the best and ultimate way to have the best settings for your laptop to work at its ultimate settings for many games that Nvidia has gone to extensive effort to have your laptop perform at its peak performance, also you need to set Nvidia Control Panel and all its high end software at Program Settings to the High-performance Nvidia processor.

    Also, install and run the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and do this specialist Intel software scan of your laptop and get all Intel drivers up to date, as doing all the above and also keeping the fans and paste and pads after 1 year changed and clean will make you laptop perform at its peak and your laptop will never ever overheat.

    Hello!!

    @dtbjxhn

    Yes, it's normal for the temperatures to spike to 97°C but your system doesn't run at that temperature always,  if you are concerned, download and install HWmonitor or keep an eye on the temperatures in the Nitrosene App.

    Predator and Nitro products are engineered to withstand higher operating temperatures than traditional notebooks. These systems include features that help with cooling and heat dispersion. The CPU and GPU are designed to handle temperature spikes in excess of 98 degrees Celsius without causing damage to the components. It is common for PC temperatures to spike temporarily during heavy gaming or graphic usage. If the system encounters excessive temperatures that could damage the hardware, it will automatically shut down to protect the components from becoming damaged.

    Yes under heavy gaming loads temperatures up to about 95*C are expected. You can lower them somewhat by using CoolBoost if included with your AcerQuickAccess application in the Windows start men.
