How do I glue back the trackpad on Acer Swift X AMD SFX14-42G

So yesterday I received a gift from my sister who came to India from Malaysia, an Acer swift x, though it had an issue where the trackpad was very badly glued, and within an hour of use it popped out of place, now it is hanging by some glue at the corner and the connector, I obviously need to seal it to prevent dust from going in.
On contacting Acer support, they proved to be extremely disgustingly unhelpful, saying that the ITW needs a proof such as passport and visa, as my sister is here I told them it is available, though apparently they want both that and Aadhaar card (a local Indian identification that foreign nationals can't get) so due to extremely badly trained service center reps, apparently there is no point of the warranty, and I'll have to repair it myself.

I had just spent 2 hours on call with Acer trying to clear up the matter, and with the amount of stuttering I got and getting the call hung up on me 3 times, I've given up on getting any official support.

This is a new Swift model and probably still under warranty, you must insist that Acer Services in India will help you..

The keyboard/wrist rest panel is made of polycarbonate, the proper adhesive for this material is 2 component epoxy, but again you should send your laptop to Acer for services.

In the mean time, if you want to fix it yourself instead of jumping through international hoops, they used two different trackpads on your model:

Either aren't too bad for removal and replacement:

Replacement is simply the reverse. If the touchpad surface has come loose from the rest of the mechanism you are likely best off to replace rather than try to reepair.
